Tom Gross is a serial entrepreneur and proven leader in a variety of industries including wind energy, legal services, machine tool technology, architecture, construction and defense contracting.  Over the past thirty years, Tom Gross has held senior leadership positions such as CEO, President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, General Manager, Vice President and Director.  He was a member of the senior management teams at Dürr AG, The Gleason Works, Ford & Earl Associates and Giddings & Lewis (Cross).

Tom Gross has coached dozens of senior executives and CEO’s during his career through the process of business development, entrepreneurship, operational effectiveness and leadership issues.  His qualifications and experience in strategic planning adds a unique perspective in resolving complex business, people and profitability issues.

In 2003, Tom Gross founded Gross and Company (Formerly Cornerstone Advisory Group).  Gross & Company is a firm of senior business, engineering and manufacturing technology professionals that specialize in executing business development and profit improvement strategies that quickly transition its clients to sustained profitability.

Tom has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Metallurgy from Western Michigan University, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Detroit and a Master of Science in Manufacturing Management from Kettering University.  Tom is also a certified advisory board facilitator, serves on the boards of several privately owned companies, a National Science Foundation Innovation Corps Startup Mentor and is a certified business coach.
