Gross and Co. will conduct non-exclusive contingency executive search on select assignments.  Our standard fee for a contingency executive search is thirty percent (30%) of first year’s compensation (including salary, bonus and incentives). The fee will be invoiced when the candidate accepts employment, and full payment shall be due ten (10) days from start.

  • Your search will compete for time with other searches in progress. You can expect the same quality but results may take a longer.
  • Your candidate may be presented to another firm by one of our associates.
  • Although we do not guarantee success on a contingency search, we have an excellent track record and believe we can deliver to your satisfaction.

A Negotiated Fee Structure is offered for companies seeking an extended partnership with Gross & Co. and where multiple exclusive searches are requested.
